Outcome 1. Increased capacity of OPDs is leading to improved fulfillment of their purpose to serve PWDs. |

Output 1.1 Increased organizational and technical capacity of OPDs. Output 1.2 More efficient service capacity of OPDs and means of contact to PWDs to ensure that PWDs can identify and defend their own rights and needs. Output 1.3 Improved networking among OPDs virtually and physically. Outcome 2. Improved capacity of OPDs to engage and influence public services and processes in a practical level. Output 2.1 Improved capacity of OPDs to engage with and influence decision-makers. Output 2.2 Strengthened role of OPDs to advance disability rights. Outcome 3. Increased advocacy and awareness-raising on disability, PWDs, and OPDs in society at large leading to better informed policies and decisions in the public sector to dismantle the barriers to inclusion. Output 3.1 Increased skills in advocacy by OPDs. Output 3.2 Increased actions of public awareness of disability, PWDs, and OPDs.
